Default Suspension or steering rack issue

this problem is on a 95 honda accord

i took out both my front hub assembly and when i put them back in. my steering wheel goes crazy and when i go over a dip i can hear something is loose. i dont know what is loose because everything is tight. my steering wheel, when my car hits bumps moves and stays at its new position even though im still going straight. anyone have any clue?

also when i turn the steering wheel (when parked) very quickly i can hear like a clunking noise.

thanks for any help in advance

Make sure that the axle nuts are torque correctly.

and your knocking noise while turning, it could be a possible axle problem(bad outboard joint).
