Default DC Sports Header?

I have a 1991 Ef9 Sir civic b16a

would i get better gains from fitting the 4-1 DC sports jdm b18c type R header
or just a 4-1 DC jdm b16a header?

any help would be much appreciated

They are the same thing: only 1 type of JDM DC header exists, at least design wise.

i thought the tubing would be different sizes for the different engine sizes

2 1/4 exit or a 2 1/2 exit?

If it's one of the "JDM" headers it's 2.5" If it's one of their USDM headers it's only 2".
