How can you tell the difference between JDM b18c and a us
what do i look for ?
also do cams realy make a noticable difference?

A JDM motor will be stamped "B18C", while a USDM motor will be either a "B18C1" or "B18C5". I'll let someone else field the second part of your question.

Also JDM motors say VTEC bigger than DOHC on the valve cover. USDM say DOHC bigger than VTEC. This isnt the best way to distinguish a JDM motor but it's a way to quickly recognize it, as long as the valve cover is black because red jdm valve covers are all over the place these days.

Depends on the cams and other mods that would bring out the best in the cams. I dropped in CTR cams in my GSR and didnt feel a significant difference. Only other mods were K&N filter and Apexi RS exhaust.
