which exhaust!?
alright before anything, i did search couldn't find much but "I run greddy evo" "I run N1", "I run rsr" useless info....what i'm looking for is something that will help lots in my high end without much sacrifice in my low end, something quite in low rpm's, and most important something that will not attract pigs....it's for an all motor ls by the way

Awesome, but damn pricey.

The thing you have to consider is that an exhaust system cannot maximize performance gains while staying relatively quiet. So the question is, what is more important to you....sound quality or performance gains.
I chose to go with an RS*R because sound quality is more important to me. I drive my car about 100 miles a day & didn't want to attract too much attention.

If you are going to be an all-motor LS and wanna run low 14's, I would highly suggest:
1) 2.5 inch custom exhaust.....Check accordinglydone.com/store for 2.5" custom exhaust for the integra
2) magnaflow 2.5" muffler
3) 2.5" cat if you wanna be clean, else fudge it.
4) 2.5" resonator for quiteness, if thats not a big deal, avoid it as well...
Good luck!

noob alert!well for the sake of building the anti-pig fart pipe, i'd probably go with any nice quality b-pipe and resonator combo (RSR, MUGEN, your choice), high flow cat, and weld on stock or type R muffler. back pressure is key in allmotor build up so usually choices in mufflers won't matter too much, and having something that looks stock is always better when cops try and peep. normal driving the muffler will keep the set up on the DL and when your standing on the acc pedal you'll have a nice ummff to listen to. oh and heat tape the whole exhaust from header to end of b-pipe, nothing like JDM anti-bling!!
just my $.02
I have a Tanabe Race Medallion and a custom cat back piping with no resonator. It cost me about $250.00 all together. It is very "buzzy" without the resonator. But for my application it is perfect.
Kakimoto R 70mm piping ownz j00, this would be my first pick for your needs.
RS*R whatever their new one is that isn't a canister type muffler.
Tanabe Hyper Medalion.
Mugen Twinloop awesome gains/sound.
Spoon Street muffler (N1 is UBER loud).
SMSP/HyTech (pricey, but awesome).

I just installed an Apex N1 catback system on my GSR. I am very pleased with it. The ound when I am sitting at idle RPMs is almost stock, but when I am on the gas, there is a very nice beep growl to it. I replaced my Spoon N1 with this system. The Spoon was way to loud and pigs were always giving me **** about my exhaust...
was thinking about customizing a mandrel bent 2 3/8 b-pipe and weld on an itr axleback....gotta try and make it look stock, you know how it is in the bay....damn pigs!!!
