Default Toda Racing Ferrari 360GT desktop pic

I was bored so I photoshopped this desktop pic together. I know its not entirely Honda related, but Toda Racing is.

what is the belt-driven accessory in between the engine heads underneath the intake manifold? It's dry sump oiling system I think, so no oil pump; it's cooling system probably uses an electric water pump, no power steering, and it's not a supercharger, so what is it?

The two large pipe fittings would suggest that its probably a water pump.
