I did it this weekend, I did a burnout and went to do another leaving it in reverse while hitting hitting my Tilton carbon carbon w/28" slicks now I have no reverse gear.

 

no, but, what i use to do was do a burnout, throw the car in reverse and while still rolling backwards...i'd throw the car in first and do another burnout....have fun!

 

The only thing I can say is thank god (i would have died of embarassment) that the car just fucked teh reverse and I dont go plummeting to my doom.

 

yup I did one with my VW and blew out reverse gear! and then I blew out 2nd it was one hell of a ride for the next 2 months!

 

i did the good ole reversing and forward burn out trick, too bad that trick made me blow my differential into 50 pieces on my old ford ranger truck.

i did see the most fantastic reverse doughnut last month though.
p.d. cunningham. my integra and nsx hero. he is driving nissan this year spped tv.
he won a race. home track. in memory of his crew chief who's racing in heaven now. my man did 3 or 4 doughnuts in celebration. bloody brilliant

as for doing this with ones own car well.... you have issues but that's cool cause variety is the spice of life,

I haven't done this but someone launched in reverse with slicks right in front of me while I was in the wash box. That was some scary $hit, civic coupe with his back wheels off the ground flying at me

 

yeah my bro did one in reverse..it was in his old school 84 200sx..wicked burn out..
