Was checking my recently installed spark plugs yesterday, and while putting my spark plug wire cover back on i accidently snapped one of the 4 bolts that secure the cover. Now I know that it won't hurt, because it didn't snap that low, but it just irks me. I find myself starring @ that baron hole with hatred.
Can I fix?
Is there a replacement that doesn't require me taking my valve cover off?

If you are talking about the bolts/studs I think you are, then its a common thing with B series(all Honda?) motors. I broke 2 of mine in one damn day. That was a day of hell. Fortunately I had enough thread left where I could smash the rubber washer/bushing, turn the nut upside down, and tighten it enough to keep oil from spilling all over the place.

anyway only way to fix it is get new studs. They arent hard to replace and just requires taking off the valve cover. Call up Len and have him send you a few so you have some extras lying around. I seemed to tend to break mine when the motor was HOT. So now I dont touch those bolts unless the motor is ice cold.

if you decide to take off the valve cover.....you may need to replace the valve cover gasket (and some Hondabond)
