it went down fine today then i come home and i go to bring it up and nothing, its stuck all the way down, what should i try first.

When you try to put the window up does it budge at all or make noise like the motor has power?

 

it wont budge at all and there is no noise, i just called my local honda dealer and the guy said its common on my year car that the switch actually dies out, he said still could be the motor but more common is the switch, im actually going to go over there right now cause he is going to let me try a switch before i get it. Why are they $140?!?!?!

 

Happened to me. What happened was there was no power going to the motor due to a loose wire. They fixed that for free and my window works now. I had to get a new switch anyway too because the switch for the other window was out. I guess its common.

 

hey thanks for all yoru help, i just got back from the dealer,and it was the switch pod, the damn thing blew so it was sending nothing to the window, damn new unit cost $140. oh well its either that or driving around with my window down in the pouring rain today so i guess this is better. thanks again
