Default Replacing OEM Radio with OEM?

Folks -
I drive a '98 Accord with an OEM dual-DIN single-CD player, p/n 39101-S82. I'd like to replace it with another OEM CD player with CD changer controls, so I can connect an external input (satellite radio via an adapter) and still use the steering wheel controls.

- Anyone know of aftermarket radios that can use the steering wheel controls? Crutchfield has devices that turn the wheel into a wireless xmitter and then control the radio via remote, but that's too kludgy for me.
- Do all the Honda OEM radios use the same harnesses? That is, can I get a newer dual-DIN player from a different Honda model and use it in my Accord?
- My '98 CD player doesn't play CD-R's. Any idea what years/models support CD-R's?
- Any recommendations on where to buy used OEM radios?

Appreciate any pointers. - KLM
