1992-1993 Civics ALL have smaller rotors thatn the Integra - even the Si hatch and EX coupes in 1993.
1994-1995 EX and Si have same size rotors, but like DragII said the calipers eem to be smaller on the Civics.

Does this mean that the 93 Ex and lower models share the same brakes? I need to do a brake job on the beater and a local parts store is having a special on 92-00 rotors and pads. However, they said this excludes the Ex. I'm assuming that this only applies to those with ABS (which I don't have).
