it was wet.
the car was slow.
i was tired.

this was my first W2W race, and unfortunately it's the last one i can do for the season. looks like i gotta wait until next april. once again, thank you to the H-T members. not sure if i woulda got the car running in time without some of your help.

nope...........it's the same weekend as homecoming back at college.

i'll be racing for the next 40+ years, it's only fun to go back to homecoming at college (university of kansas) for the next couple (especially when you're a former frat boy ).

hopefully i'll see you at tire-wall day.

i don't really fit, but miata's are so much fun to drive i make it work. actually, as long as you can heal-toe, you really don't notice how cramped it is when you're nose-tail racing.

and trust me.......i had plenty of fun.

Congrats on your race! SM's are indeed fun. I just finished my first race in a SM as well. It made me miss the having the power of a high hp car. But man could you toss that car around! Congrats again!
