No not without cutting...search please...I swear we cover this once a week...

EDIT: If you DO want to make it fit you're going to need fenders, hood, lights and the bumper.

99 bumber to a 96 car u need all that ****???

hard to belive....then again i don't know that much about civic exterior stuff


looks like the bumper should be a direct swap

96-98 headlights are different to 99-00 heads. Bumper wouldnt fit/look right.

Thats what i thought, they are the same gen so they must be the same ****, just styled different?

look at the difference between the two.
the headlights are slightly different shaped, therefore the fenders, grill and hood have to be a different shape also.
you need all of that to get the bumper on correctly

try searching "front end conversion"

what bumper for 96-98 looks like a 99-00? Any non rice aftermarket ones that can be bought to save the cash of the whole swap?

I know you asked about the front bumper, but if I recall, I think the REAR bumpers are interchangeable between the 96-98's and 99-00's. Maybe not.
