When I put the A/C on especially on 1, it makes this annoying rattle noise. I took out the blower under the dash, cleaned it out. However, it still makes the annoying rattle. Anyone know how to go about oiling this bad boy up or whatever it takes to get it tp stop?

 

while you have the blower out of the car, apply 12v to it and see if it is the component that is rattling. If it is, fix whatever is making the noise. If the blower doesn't rattle, keep on looking for the source elsewhere.

I checked it. It is the white fan-like component that click or rattles when you sping it.

Just curious...does the sound go away or get faint when you press in the clutch?

 

i had that exact same sound. didnt drive my car for 1 year and when i started to drive it, turned on the fan and made this rattle sound. 1 day later it went away

na, it continues. I got the fan out... when you spin it manually, it makes the noise
