Default ITR ECU interchangable with SI ECU?

Is a USDM ITR ECU interchangable with the 00 SI wiring harness?
Im guessing that the plugs are the same and can wire into either the SI or ITR ECU.... but is the wiring diagram on the plugs to the ECU different from each other?

is the wiring diagram the same? such as the color wires and location of where the wires are pinned? So its possible to just goto the junkyard and clip obd2 plugs from a SI then solder and color match them onto my ITR harness?

not exactly the same, 00 si and 00 itr have different pin location for the fuel pump. some of the wires will match but not all. you could still use an si plugs to fix your harness but don't color match it. douvble check oin location with a diagram

yeah, that has been my experience. The only wire that is in the wrong place is the fuel pump relay. For the most part, the wire colors are the same.

If you are going to be using SI plugs on your ITR harness, then you will be missing all of the immobilizer wires as well.

Also, keep in mind that on an SI engine harness, there are only 2 ecu plugs. The 3rd ecu plug is on the cabin harness.
