New Dynochart! 346 @ 12.5 psi - GSR t3/t4 - 91 Octane
Yay. Finaly got my Hondata tuned and the results were great. I was impressed to make so much power without a huge(well bigger) turbo and on such low boost.
The blue line is high boost, 12.5 psi
The green line is low boost, 7.5-8 psi
The red line was the original untuned.
The skunk2 manifold did wonders. And ditching the CAT for a 2.5" test pipe. I was making 270ish to the wheels at 13 psi before the intake manifold and test pipe.
We couldn't rev over 7900 since the injectors were pretty much at 95% duty cycle. And couldn't boost more since it was the stock Honda map sensor. Also had a huge vaccum leak, along with possibly worn valve seals.
2.0 GSR
RS Sleeved
JE 9:1 Pistons
Eagle Rods (
)
ARP head studs/bolts
t3/t4e .57 trim/ .63 exhaust
maxrev log manifold
2.5" downpipe
2.5" test pipe
3" thermal exhaust
skunk2 intake manifold
STR cam gears (untuned)
hondata s200
delphi 550cc
walbro intank

i took my 440cc on a b16 to 357whp raised the fuel pressure a bit tho
great numbers
another 300+whp street honda

Hot damn...im happy as hell for you man.
Also your running a very similar setup as what i have and im very impressed with those #'s
I am gonna be running a 2.0 RS leeved ITR, 9:1, and a T3/T4 .60 trim w/.63 AR, Spark manifold and 3"dp/exuaghst
Nice #'s!! i cant wait!

good stuff man. we are at about the same numbers w/our 2l b16.. still some tuning to do. what is your base fuel pressure. we had to jack the pressure to 65psi base to get the duty cycle down. w/the 550's we are at about 75% at 65psi
yeah, GSR cams.

yes sir.
Yeah, we raised fuel pressure to about 55 psi, but didn't feel like going further. but i'm sure 65 psi wouldn't have been too bad.

here are some more pics....
(The engine shot was obviously taken before the addition of the skunk2 manifold. also my autometer fuel pressure gauge blew off since then. yes I need a dumptube.)

DAMN very nice **** man, i was thinking of the skunk 2 for my b18c1. but i wonder what did the most diff ex or intake? i went from 2.25" with cat and res to 3" full length with muf and picked up 1.5 psi and 43 whp. any body done just skunk 2 before, # ?

What kind of FPR are you using in that setup?</TD></TR></TABLE>
I'm using an AEM one. I'm on my second one. As soon as more important problems are taken care of, I'd like to switch it out for an aeromotive one.
Congrats! Beautiful numbers!
I have the EXACT (almost) same setup! Hondata, delphi 550's same turbo, GEM 2.0 sleeves, compression. I cant wait to dyno mine now after I break the motor in.
You are me new inspiration.
