Default Need help! What do I need to do to get my motor to run good?

Well I have a b18c5 that im about to swap into my 92 hatch. And my friend has a gsr block that is bored out to a 2.0 maybe a 2.1 cant remember with 11:8:1 compression pistons. He doesnt want the motor any more and is willing to trade me his complete short block(just missing head and tranny) for my complete longblock. The thing is I dont have the money for hondata and all the other things.I have a complete stock gsr head so I can put that on there. So I was wondering what I would need so I dont hurt the motor. I mean head work and good fuel mang. will come but what would you guys say be the min. things I need.
I was going to get a chipped ecu by kenji. But not sure if the min. means bigger injectors and fpr and vfac and things like that. If you could just make a list of min things I would need so it run good and strong. Thanks
