Default ALMS race on the Miami Street Circuit

anybody catch the alms race on the miami circuit this weekend? how about that huge dip in the middle of the track where cars were getting all four airbourne ~6" or so?

had tons of wrecks during practice/qualifying

crazyness

(note: these pics were taken AFTER they tried to smooth the bump out the night before the race.)

Watched it on the tube, watching the Champ Car Race right now on the same track, their also getting the front wheels of the ground. Nice pictures!

That's nutz! Talk about push, LOL.

I can see a driver saying "This car does not want to stear at all when I gass it hard on turn exit"

They need those wheelie bars like the drag cars have

uh, what are you talking about?

at the Lemans event in Miami, the course had a terrible bump that sent cars flying. literally, all the cars caught air. On Friday's practice, several cars found themselves slammed into the wall. Saturday, some of the audis had to replace suspension pieces due to the landing.

That was absolutely nuts. I was down there in Miami for the Kid Rock show on Friday night, and I was watching them try and level out the track. At the time I had no clue as to why they were doing that, but come Saturday, as I was watching the race, I found out.
