i spent 20 of my 25 years in Florida. its NOT the sunshine state. its the "super humid, rain or sunshine" state.

Well, Westchester is the "find yourself a sugga-momma with a trust fund" county that you can only ride half the year in

At least you get to ride durring the winter. We have to deal with cold that makes it impossible to ride even if it isn't snowing out.

I'm about 40 miles north of Manhattan so it's not too bad up here but durring the winter it will get down into negative numbers quite a few times

the coldest we have gotten since i've been here is 12 degrees, but we have humidity. people complain about humidty durring the summer, it is worse durring the winter. that cold will cut right through you no matter what your wearing. i have yet to ride durring the winter, but i bet there will be a time period where i'm not on the bike

last year i rode if the temp was 34 or higher, too high a chance of ice here if its any colder. Since we only get cold "snaps" and never a solid winter, it still hits the 60s at least once every 10 days, and usually a lot more often than that.
