Default ITR Headgaskets - Where To get 1.0 mm Size And Which Type Plus Rings Which?

Okay, I will need the 1.0 mm headgasket to drop my compression ratio to a streetable level and I see the Todas list for 195 - is there another option like maybe Cometic (sp?) that would be reliable and not so much ch-chinggg?

Also, I am about to replace the rings on my .o25 overbore - what other options besides OEM Honda on my NA motor or just to stick with Hondas?

Cometic makes a .040" hg which is about 1mm. I have seen them go for abour $80-90.

You can try Hastings or just use OEM honda rings.

A 1mm thick gasket is not much thicker than stock. What compression ratio are you trying to achieve?

If you go to Cometic's website < http://www.cometic.com >, they list all the OTS MLS head gaskets available to you for $79.95 + S&H, even in 81.5mm bore.

calculated compression with 1.0 (vs. 0.6) would give me 11.8:1 and don't want to go higher...i am waiting to see the chamber cc so i can get a true value and pick the right gasket, just trying to plan ahead....
