looks like fun...don't they have to wear helmets...even Pobst wasn't wearing one in the race car.

 

if you really watched those test drives before, it seems like the speed channel gets free cars or some kind of incentive... they only have good or great things to say about all the cars they test. and if you look at the way they drive, they are just out for a cruise to show off the cars.

well i guess if you rent the track you can do whatever you want.

it was awful nice to have a "moment" in a top-of-3rd-gear corner next to a concrete wall, on wet track without a brain bucket on.

 

It was pretty cool watching Bill Auberlen and Tommy Kendall go at it in a pair of Z4s. They were definitely putting on a good show for the camera going at each other!

And thats exactly what it is, a show. I have a hard time believing they are really 'going at it'
