yeah dude i have the AGX with HR race springs, so they're a bit lower but still ride very nice...anytime i have someone in my car they always ask what i got done or if its stock cuz it rides so smooth...you should like, no probs here
I have that combo, the drop is perfect and the ride is really good but the springs could be a little stiffer. Ill post up pics when i get a chance

i have it and have been autocrossing it. rides good. adjustment on the shock is noticable.

IMO, Sport doesn't drop it enough. H&R Race springs however give it the perfect drop. Of course this is just opinion.
H&R is quality either way though.

thanks for all the responses guys!
i found this whole setup for $550 CAD used for a couple of months with reciept.
I agree H&R is a quality spring! i have their coilovers on my 00SIR.
I have had the RACE springs before the coils and that is a low drop! I think it would be ok on the Sports considering this is my winter car!! :D
Again, would love to see some pics !

H&R Sports and KYB AGX. It sits a tad bit lower now that I swapped the motor.

hey guys i want this setup on my del sol and i got some questions. First question. tirerack has 2 types of sport springs. the O.E. sport springs which drop your car half an inch in front and a quarter inch in the rear. they also have regular sport springs which have a 1.3 inch drop. which ones are everyone rockin? Also, are you guys runnin camber kits? im not a fan of them so im wondering if id need one for these springs because my friend has a pro kit on his sol which supposedly drops the car like an inch and he has camber issues. i know some camber is beneficial to handling but i cant afford new tires every couple of months ya know. i know you need an alignment after you drop your car but im just curious on whether i should check out some other springs or not.

have you though about going to coilovers instead of springs?

Ok, if you drop your car more than an inch you should be still ok for camber, Actually you'll be negative by a little and it will hold better. If you get anything a lot lower, like 2 inch you'll need one or new tires really quick, and you car won't handle as well as it could because you're running on the inside of your tires. As for springs i'd go for the sports springs, the OEM is way too mild for me, it looks lower than stock but now that much, you'll still have a wheel well gap, atleast on an ek. I'm running h&r sport springs
