Shift Linkage

Hey,
just had a b16 put into my 91 civic and the shift linkage WILL NOT stop falling off!!!!!!!!!! what can i do so it stops coming

undone?????

u didnt added to the linkage.... its maybe a lil too short and it falls off...

or u either forgot to put the bitch pin and the bolt on both of the legs
