Default clutch chatter vs tranny slipping???

please help me narrow down this problem....

rebuilt h22a4
tranny with quaife
ACT XT PP street/strip clutch
indigospeed light flywheel

When the car is just starting either cold or after sitting for a while, drives perfectly.

After warming up driving around a bit there is a chattering almost grinding noise and vibration I can feel and sense that happens only at very low rpm as you come into gear letting off the clutch but also will happen while fully in gear with high load in first gear just getting going. was accentuated going up a hill light on the throttle in first.

Quaife told me on the phone that at very low rpm it may be normal for the gears to make a slight chatter since they are close to each other but goes away at higher rpm as the gears move apart.

Now i'm wondering if it coming from the clutch or flywheel or even from within the tranny??

any ideas on how to narrow this down?

thanks
