How strong is H23 VTEC?

I'm guessin if the H22 made 200 at the crank, I'd say the H23 VTEC will put out right above that, say 210+, and much more torque.
There were dyno's of H23 VTEC's in the official H23 VTEC thread.....didn't you get the memo on that?

My built H23 VTEC made 204/161 at the wheels
The stock H23A VTEC in the Accord wagon makes 197hp/163tq at the crank same hp as an H22a, slithgtly more torque and both peak numbers are at a lower rpm. It's just a different power band, more torque lower, tops out sooner.

My H23 VTEC? hah not even close it was sleeved running 11.5:1 compression and crower 3 cams. A stock H23 VTEC assuming you put in H22a pistons when you did it won't make much more power and torque than an H22a, just have an earlier power/torque band

why is that? A H23 VTEC is not a high hp motor. The powerband was something else though.
