Hey fellow San Diegan! Your bumpers look kinda faded. Nothing a good 3-step won't cure though!

looks good. If i owned that car though, i'd paint that rear wiper black again, get the side skirts painted red, get a itr comptech 94-97 front lip or an sir-g front lip (since you want the "JDM" style), lower it just a tiny bit more. That would be just my style though...not sure what are your future plans...but looks good.

3-step? and yes...the lower valance in the front is faded (lots of spray from bumps, driveways, etc.) and the rear bumper's just plain faded and scratched up (getting a new one)

ummm...i'm planning on painting the wipers soon enough...already ordered an sir-g lip (my cousin has it and has yet to drive it down to me)...sideskirts are staying plastic black to go with the fogs, cf hood, and lip...not lowering anymore...already have GREAT difficulty getting up and down my driveway (and it's not very steep).

Future plans: sidemarker lights (already ordered), CAI (ordered), DC 4-1 header, sir-g taillights, 17" 5zigen FN01R-C's in hyperblack, new rear bumper (ordered...already painted, and not as scratched up as the one i have now), sir-g swap (WAAAAAAAAAAY down the road)

even though i really dont like the 94-97 bumper yours it pretty nice, the sir-g lip wil help out ALOT.
not a big fan of the hood but its not my car.....sounds like you have some good plans lined up for it....good luck

what's the point of sir-g taillights? they look exactly the same as yours except for the side reflectors. Instead you should get the J-spec bumper lenses which are noticeably different than the USDM ones (no amber reflectors).

the point is exactly what you said...no side lights (in case you didn't notice the signature, i'm working on converting my car to an si-vtec). and j-spec bumper lenses do have amber reflectors...they're half clear, half amber...and i will be getting them soon.

EDIT: for all you out there who don't have a specific idea of what an JDM Honda SI-VTEC looks like, here's a picture of one in all it's glory (none of the OEM parts have been modified...except the rims):

MODIFICATION ('mod' for short) - the act of modifying or the condition of being modified

MODIFY - to change in form or character; alter

did i not change my 'A' and 'Acura' badges to 'H' and 'Honda' badges? I didn't realize that modifications had to be of a certain 'value' if that's what you're insinuating

I think he meant that you listed the rear Honda badges twice, but I just assume you meant the H logo and the Honda name badge itself.

That's what I just said above, the J-spec bumper lights do not have the amber reflector on the sides like USDM bumper lights do. It's just clear on the sides.

What I was saying is why spend money no J-spec taillights when they look exactly the same as the ones you have now, except that they don't have the red side reflectors? NOBODY will notice that difference unless you say something about it.

they will notice when it's dark because the corners of the taillights won't light up like USDM's. And, dude, i'm converting to si-vtec. Just the fact that they're OEM si-vtec parts is reason enough for me to get them. that's why i'm getting the lip, sidemarkers, etc...

If you want JDM taillights, take out the wedge bulb on the side of the USDM ones, then your lights look exactly the same.
I would paint the stock sides, it will look alot better, you don't need to color match fog lights
I would also plug the rear wiper, or get GSR glass and plug the rear antenna, because too many plugs look bad (antenna, wiper, 3rd brake light)
BTW real SIR-Gs came with VTEC mang
