The clucth has to be for a B16/17 or a GSR. The input shaft is smaller in the non-vtec B series trannys. This should also answer your question about the throwout bearing.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Hondasaurs &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">The clucth has to be for a B16/17 or a GSR. The input shaft is smaller in the non-vtec B series trannys. </TD></TR></TABLE>

The input shaft is only smaller on the 90-91 trannies, not just non-VTEC trannies. The JDM S1/J1 use the same throw out bearing and clutch as a 90-91 'teg. However the 92-93 YS1's(yes there is more than one, an LS version and a GSR version) have the bigger sized b-series input shaft that they've been using since 92.

to be sure count the number of teeth on your trans input shaft. and let them know when you order any quality catalog has both options... good luck tom

So.... I understand that I need a clutch disc for a 92+ Integra, now I need to know if the piolet and Release bearings are the same for all cable Trannys or if there is a difference beteen the 90-91, and 92-93. I'v already installed my release and piolet, and would like to leave them alone if possible. Let me know, this is the only thing holding up my swap at the momment. Thanks
