Parking Lights wire??? HELP

Default Parking Lights wire??? HELP

i dont know which wire is the parking lights wire..this is for EG ex cluster..there are 3 plugs back there..of the three plugs, i need to tap in the parking lights wire..thanks (which color wire??)

why dont you just tap into the wire behind the headlights?

On your stereo plugs there is a wire for the dimm feature when you turn your lights on.

I dont know what color it is but if you have an aftermarket stereo with a plug it will be labeled

Or if you have a Volt meter go behind the dimmer switch ( the adjustable one that controlls the inside dash lights brightness) and find out which one have voltage when you turn it on

on the fuse box there are 4 or 5 male spade terminals..you need to test them but i'm pretty sure the 3rd on is parking lights....its a negative trigger....

why would you want to dim your parking lights..
plus it wont work unless you got a higher fuse rate instead of the stock 10amp version.

It doesnt dimm your parking lights.. the dash dimmer has an input when you turn on the parking lights you tap into that wire, and the stereo dimmer light changes the brightness on your stereo and is activated by your parking lights

then use a relay and switch the trigger...my bad..if you get a relay i can tell you how to wire it....they are usually $5..and get it from a local car audio shop...
