Opinions wanted on turbo civic
Posting for a friend. What are your thoughts on this hatchback (other than get rid of the stripe)? He is getting bored with this car and is thinking of trading for an EK or DC2. The civic is fully built, the only thing left to do would be paint and body work, an avenue he is debating on taking.

are you referring to that black civic ex .. with JRSC and custom 10lbs pulley that pulled 200whp and it had the Yellow Stripe on it as well....but that was like 97 super street I think

Don't like the lights. The yellow needs to go. Turbonetics products suck. That black paint needs some loving, how about some polish and wax.
It has a ways to go IMO but it wouldn't be too hard cleaning it up.

First. don't waste money on a b series, you already make a lot more than any b series anyways.
Second.. DOOD you have a yellow and black vinly/paint job.. it was never cool.
Third.. looks great, better than most cars on this board

It's not so bad. I think the stripe just kills the overall look of the car. But, if he's bored, then he's bored, maybe he just needs a change of pace.

First: where did he list the numbers that the motor was producing? For all you know, he could be making much less than B series motor.
Second: It's not his car, read the really complex sentances above the pictures.
Third: Where's the pics of your showstopper?
