hi there i have a 99 civic sir and ive changed my head lights to like a Xenon bulb and they have been great other than the 120 dollar ticket... but anywyas thats not what its about.. its bout one of the bulbs works for driving lights like at night time only one works and with high beams only one works.. but if i just have the normal setting on they both work so i dont understand.. i dont no if its the wiring or what.. i hope i made sense.. plz help thx
