Gasket type for cat rear to mid pipe - donut or flat?

Gasket type for cat rear to mid pipe - donut or flat?
Wondering if this is a donut gasket, or just a flat 3 bolt flange gasket. Need to know if I might find one at my local exhaust shop, or if I need to order from Honda. TIA. (Stock USDM ITR exhaust)

The stock ITR cat./B-pipe uses a ring gasket similar (and possibly identical) to the ones found between the two sections of the stock exhaust manifold, where the "primaries" bolt to the "secondaries". There is neither a flat gasket nor a donut at that connection.

Is that a beveled metal ring 2.5" OD and about 1/4 thick? I was able to find one of those at the local auto parts store, but it looked all wrong.
Just wondering what I need to do my R project today, or if I have to wait for a week to order the parts. Thanks.
