Ok, I'll be in the market for a new car in a couple of months or so.
I checked out quite a few rides and I really liked the new Accord V6 coupe.
It looks very clean with the OEM ground effects.
I'm not into racing anymore so please no comments like "thats a pig" or "it's too heavy, get an EG".
Anyhoo, if you have one, how do you like it so far? Pros/cons?
I'd also like to see some pics of the new coupe lowered... Anyone got any?

My woman bought a 2003 Accord 4door and I love it. I think I'd enjoy the coupe even more.
Other than that, I've also considered following cars:
- RSX typeS
- VW Golf VR6 or 1.8T (or R32 if I can get my hands on one)
- SAAB 93 Turbo
and a few others as well, but I'm still debating.

My budget is gonna be around $25k, coupe or sedan is ok, I'm open to suggestions eventhough this Accord coupe is on top of my list right now.

What do you guys think?
Go with the Accord? Yes/No? Why?
Any aftermarket support for it yet? Any pics?

well, i have an accord, and i really like it. i dont have the v6, but im happy nonetheless. have you test drove all of these cars? do you plan on modding it? cause if you do, you will find that there isnt much available right now for the accord. if you were planning on that, i'd say go with the rsx-s. its more of a sports car, and there is all kinds of stuff out right now. ultimatley, u have to decide which one you will enjoy for years to come. and if you want to see pics of a lowered accord, check out http://www.cardomain.com there is probably some there.

i drive a accord, but the 4 cycl. it pretty good. so far no problems. i would get the 04 EX v6 cuz people said the 03 had some bugs cuz its the first year of car. and the 04 ex v6 comes wit XM radio wit 3 free months. people on v6p.net makes the v6 seem really fast. so yea should go check it out.

 

come on, you have to love japanese engineering for v6's, ESPECIALLY mated to a 6 speed manula....woo! talk about fun! and turbocharged....good god!!!!!! all ive got is a 90 accord completely stock. eh that h22a is just not comming quick enough
