you could do something like, replace all the body panels with opaque plastic material and wire lightbulbs between the frame and the body and have it lightup/glow white...

i thnk frostwhtie is brighter than taffeta, when i park next to my sis my car looks brighe. she has an 02 accord.

All I have to say is Grand Prix White on the new NSX'. My GSR is painted that color, and i have yet to see a brighter white..makes my old frost white look dull!
