Default What is this code?

1459-My gf's 98 ex threw this code last night. Actually it just threw the check engine light and I had my mechanic just run the code to see what came up. But he was working on another car and didn't have time to look up the code. It was the strangest thing though cuz we got in the car at the train station and drove off, granted I did gun it at this open road just to hear the intake .Thanks in advance.

Actually, the more I think about it, the less I remember. In any case, I know it started with a 14 so it would have to be that 1457 you mentioned. What code is that? The front o2 sensor, cat-converter and ecu have all been replaced. He cleared the code for me so that it won't make my girl paranoid but I'd still like to know what that code is. Thanks.

My mechanic cleared the code and said that he would look it up next week. However, the check light hasn't come back on so does that mean the problem is gone? Thanks for all the answers.

So did I, I guess that the new cars have so many potential problems that they need to raise the amount of codes.
