you want a picture? I think I still have the valves laying around here somewhere...

This is what happened to my motor... There wasn't a piston to valve issue, but one of the valves did break off and rattle aroud for about 10 seconds... Regardless... Result is the same...

what? I don't understand the ? do you mean is there a way to help insure against valve to piston contact? yes clay the motor...

yes... instead of having to buy an aftermarket tuning system. If that is what your asking

thats makes sense!!! but can you return pistions after theyhave been pressed. heres the deal i got jdm b16 pistons on the b16 rods. im going to put them onmy LS rods. that will cost 75 bucs , if i clay the motor and the results are bad, that another 75 bux 150. i know its notalot of money but hey thats 75 bux that could go to my gas tank, tires, shifter

that's dumb- 75 you have to spend to get the rods/pistons together, IF things don't work out then it's 75 to take it apart?! OK I guess I'll buy that- but I'm thinking that 75 to remove pistons that won't work in your setup is a hell of a lot less expensive than a new head, valves, pistons, rods, block... well you get the idea! There is nothing more imortant the having a safe motor
