Plug wire keeps popping out! Please help
Alright, we put in my gf's ZC a few months back and has been running cherry since, until we discovered one of the plug wires were popped out. So we put it back in and a mile passes by and it pops out again. We've been continuing to just plug it back in and it just keeps popping out.
So, I checked for maybe a leaky spark plug, if thats even possible.. as good as can be. There is a slight amount of oil around the plug boot.. So i'm suspecting leaky or incorrectly seated plug hole/valve cover gasket. But would this be a cause?
Any other opinions?

There are spark plug seals on the top of the valve cover. Replacing those should get rid of your oil leak issues.
Also you might try clamping the spark plug wire down on the end so the metal part that grabs the top of the spark plug is tighter and it might hold better.

Torque your plugs. Check PCV valve and related plumbing. Cyl/ring blow-by can cause positive pressure in the crankcase and under valve/camcover. This will force oil into the spark plug tube, lubricating the plug wire and possibly blowing off the wire. Changing the seals under the plug tubes will help a lot too. My HF motor did this!
