Probably... I painted my grill Ford Wimbledon White (ala 65-67 Shelby GT Mustangs) and it matched almost perfectly to the CW of my car.
I forgot more about hondas then you will ever know....

what you need is a <U>wrinkle finish</U> style paint from someone like Eastwood. it might not match perfectly, so if you have to touch up, you might be better off doing the whole thing over.
