I am in the process of painting my valve cover red, but not sure which red to get from the auto store to match the red closes to oem which comes on stock R's. Wondering if you guys could help me out and would i need clear as well?

it looks somewhat like that, but looks to glossy..........Try to get the crinkle paint red
so you can get the same finish and not have it be smooth

VHT crinkle red. Follow instructions on the can and should come out great. i did my SOHC valve cover and i get compliments all the time. its often mistaken for an OEM piece.
