Who has modified their JDM ITR header to flow better?

How much did it cost you and who or what shop did you take it to?

welding ~ $80

dremel sanding drums ~ $30

15 or so hours of your life - priceless............

D - did you basically hand-polish the inside of the header? What's the welding for? BTW, how do you like it down in Orlando?

it's not worth the time to polishing the primaries, 120 grit smooth's it up good enough, see the before/after pics... welding is very necessary, TIG ONLY. you must reinforce the connection of the primaries to the flange before getting rid of the nastyness in the primaries....

Florida is ******* hot.
