what do you mean Vtec at 4800?. I thought Vtec normally kicks in at 4400 or so on a STOCK B18c1?. can somone exlain the gain?

 

With any chipped ecu the fuel map are more agressive than a stock ecu. The vtec cross over point is diferrent in every programed ecu. Some programs the vtec cross over is at 4400, 4800, 5800, it vary with the program of the ecu. But you will notice gain with a chipped ecu. Thanks.

The chipped ecu is for dohc vtec motor, but if you want to run this ecu in a sohc vtec is up to you.
