Default Is fuel control needed after getting bolt-ons?

I'm planning on getting a Comptech Filter and a 98+ ITR header, will I need a V-AFC or something to control fuel?

No with basic bolt ons you don't really need a fuel pressure riser, VAFC or anything like that. The filter might flow a little better and you might run a tad leaner but you don't need to increase fuel unless you go beyond the I/H/E.

You Dont Need it, But you can use it along with some dyno time to adjust the amount of fuel and lean out some areas to gain more power as the ITR runs somewhat rich.

i have AEM , high flow cat, JDM OEM 4-1 header and thermal exhaust and just put in a VAFC..car seems to run lean to me since ive been getting 32-34 MPG. there is also a burble frm the exhuast when i let off the gas when decelerating or put in the clutch...when i increase fuel pulse it seems to help...but i also smell unburnt fumes after having run the car only a little hard....anyone have any experience like this and can help, or do i just need a A/F gauge and dyno time?
