driving to work this morning my car stalled and bogged down when i pushed the clutch in the car died. I have just recently installed a vafc and have had problem after problem. PLEASE HELP ASAP...

 

does anybody have an idea. a budy of mine suggested it mitebe out of time.

the car was running great at nopi this past weekend. went to work thursday morning and it bogged down just a sudden loss of power, pushed in the clutch and the car died has not restarted yet. i changed the plugs checked all of my wiring everything is good. wtf is going on. im so stumped. ive been told it might be my timing jumped. havent checked that yet.
