Default gsr block with crx harness?

I have a obd0 b18a in my crx. I can pick up a b18c short block and I was wondering if I got a obd0 b16 head to go on it would i need the gsr wiring harness for the motor to work or could I use my existing harness?

So if I use a obd1 gsr block with an obd0 b16a head/distributor I can use my existing obd0 crx harness and chipped obd0 ecu to tune the fuel? Just making sure this will work before I try it.
