well what exactly is a dremal gonna do for me if the console is to wide and long, the boot will not reach all the way on all sides, and there are no places to mount the edges of the boot anyways, i don't think giving me a hammer was the right awnser so, maybe the next comment will be something ill consider

but thanks anyways

Have somebody make you a custom shift boot.. which can be found on ebay. Then just Hot glue it on the underside. Or find a way to mount the brackets on.

where the shifter is in the automatic that little piece that pops out, on the manual would that just fit right in there? cuz i hear the auto one is bigger to acomidate the stick in it, the piece i am talking about is around the stick, the manual one should fit right?

i got it in just need the shift boot

thanks

and selling it would be a dumb idea, unless your being sarcastic in that case you sound very stupid

If you are trying to use your stock Civic boot, it's not going to work. It is too small, trust me, I did the same thing. Get a shift boot for the integra and it should fit fine. Well at least mines did.

nope, your wrong, sorry to say it that way, but it wont work, you wanna know why it's not gonna work, because the plastic piece around the shifter it's self is from an automatic there are no shift boots on an auto, there is no place to mount the bottom of the boot, so i need to get a piece of plastic off of a manual to convert it to work, thanks for the info anyways, i got a teg boot aleady with no place to mount it

Wait... this just sparked a memory in my head. I remember some companies sell Automatic shift boots, to make your automatic look like a stick shift (Yea its but its just what you're looking for). Dont ask me what companies thought because i have no idea. I've seen them in person before in accords and a few civics and an Integra, so they DO exist. Just gotta search around google a bit.
