Default Got a autometer tach? look inside

I just bought an autometer autogauge tach, but it didnt come with a bracket. It's a 5" monster tach, but the wires coming out of it are really short. It has a 10K limit and the "10" on the tach is at 1 o'clock.

Is it possible I bought a tach meant for an in dash install?

What do you recommend I use for a bracket to mount the tach. TIA

Hmm, it shoulda came with a bracket. I bought mine used and the guy lost the bracket so i had to Mickey Mouse it to mount. Used some scrap metal laying around. BTW i got the same tach you have. Auto gauge, and you turn the ignition 1 click to adjust the shift light point with the little black rubber ****. Oh yea, when you install it, cut both the black and the brown wires that are looped in the back of the tach. My tach was WAYYYY off n i almost killed myself looking for the problem... turns out you gotta cut those wires.

Got a good deal on it and I needed it, damn standard model. Getting it hooked up this weekend along with the new exhaust

I checked on their website but didn't find anything. I was hoping I can get away with fabricating something, I'm gonna see what I can do.
