Default b16 all motor buildup, how fast can it be

i want to bulid up a motor with very few to none tuning or maintance . i have a stock b16 and was think about jun3 cams. i dont really want to be tuning the motor all the time, i just want to leave it a one setting through all the seasons. would jun cams require alot of maintance?? i want my b16 to be in low 13s or high 12s. any suggestions or advice on building my motor?? im budgeted so not wanting to go all out but fast enough and stilll be reliable for a couple of years. will ctr or itr cams make it into 12s??

how fast would the jun3 cams be in a b16?? anyone done this b4?? whats the result. thanks

I wouldn't bet against it's existence. I WOULD bet against it lasting very long between rebuilds however.

My goal is to run 13.7's with the stock motor NA. No juice dude, the Zex is still hooked up from the SOHC set up, but no jets are in.
