Default Oil in my coolant. Please help......

I had Acura adjust my valves last week, and yesterday while checking all of the fluid levels on the R....I noticed a few oil droplets in the coolant reservoir tank. Not many, just a few floating around. Car has been acting fine, no temp changes.

Any ideas why this happened? Should I worry?

Of course, I'll be taking her in to the dealership next week.

Have the cooling system pressure tested to be on the safe side, also you could be due for a coolant change and could just be dirty.
