Default what to clean te37 's with?

The outer part of the rim (the lip) seems to be nice and very glossy after I wiped it down with a wet shirt.. as opposed to the spokes they seem to have a very faint "white" film as if someone jizzed on them, if you will. I tried spraying them down with simple green but simple green is a degreaser from what my memory tells me. How do I get my te's to shine the the outer lip?

Exactly what I was gonna say. Use some cleaner wax and/or a good polish on them.
