Default How to distinguish between Stock GSR Cams and Type R Cams....how do you tell?

OK......there is a guy that bought an integra type r, but when he bought it the car came witha a turbo setup. He his not sure if the guy before him upgraded to GSR cams or not and he just put in Skunk2 Turbo cams and has these stock cams for sale for $100. I need to know how I can tell if the cams he has are Type R or GSR. Is there a code on them or anything? Thanks for the help!
