2000 R's stock CD head unit question.

Can this unit accept acura oem cassette unit from 98R and can be plug and controlled?

for the stock R radio's, do they have a rca connections in the rear for a amp?

No, there's no RCA output. You need to purchase some sort of adapter that taps into the stock wires before the harness.

Yes. It will also work with any oem Honda Civic optional cassette player and 97+ Integra optional Tape player. They're all the same.
