OK I am a turbo guy myself but very facinated in All Motor and do tryto keep up with you guys are up to. Now I notice these threads and pols, who is the best Head porter out there and cams etc etc. People will always comment on the best headporter is the one who is involvedwith the fastest cars like Ericks's Racing , he uses Alaniz. This is not about who is best but people alot of times follow what the Pros use but I never ever see anyone post that they have the Ericks Racing header, apparently it works and works well, we all know also his susension is phenomenal but he has MAD poweralso. Anyone running this header? I know Header Tech, Hy Tech, SMSP and quite a few others out there are some of the best of the best. What about Ericks? It just kinda hit me earlier reading about him in Modified Magazine and checking his header out and just wondering why I never hear anything about it. Anyone? Turbo guy stops rambling now.

 

if you talk to Spoon1 he is running this on his 2 liter gsr motor and making an awesome amount of power with it... just do a search under his username and one of his posts has a pic of it and his setup...i believe he's actually selling it as well

 

it appears that the ericks header is primarily for track only use, but the unit that has the collector under the oil pan looks like it can be hooked up for street use, I can only assume that it would have good gains but haven't seen any dyno's of it, but with ericks I am assuming that you can't go wrong.

 

yeha i think thats probobaly beeter off on a race car since he syas that its tuned for upper revs but when he says upper revs he prob mean 10k lol

 

and its made to flow for a 300hp 2.2 liter

I have the ericks header and i love it. the header works well for the track

 

That header IS NOT the one that Erick runs on the car. There are distinct differences.

OH I understaznd totally on that, his is an ALL OUT RACE header of course. But I was wondering he has been sooo succesful with his motors asnd set ups and would figure there would be BIGGER hype about his products especially his header since it is proven. My friend has made 192whp and 165ft-lb torque on a 1.6 SOHC all motro by non other than WHOELSE Bisi Ezirioha. His headwork, blockwork pistons and header , all worked well together is all.
